Dear Naraha Iyashi-no-Mori supporters and friends,
Thank you very much for your generous donation to Mr. Sakamoto and his animals at Naraha Iyashi-no-Mori in 2012.
We are very much grateful that Mr. Sakamoto can get a lot of animal food and highly needed goods. With your help, his animals have been able to get constant food and pet supplies and he can get necessities like propane cylinders and bottled water, which are indispensable to his everyday life in the affected area where still out of gas utilities and drinking water supply.
The winter in Naraha, Fukushima is harsh. The morning temperature in Mr. Sakamoto's bedroom, located on the outside wood deck, was -11℃ (12.2℉) as of Jan. 4. The donated winter gears (sleeping bags, bed rolls, and more) in November are now great help to warm him and he thanks for the gifts so much.
Mr. Sakamoto keeps trying hard to step forward for his animals in 2013 and your continuous warm support is very much appreciated and helpful.
